Natural Cotton Shower Curtain

Demonstrate your concern for our planet's environment by reducing chemical and plastic use, and reducing contribution to landfills. Crafted of durable cotton duck fabric and available either unbleached (natural) or bleached in environmentally friendly hydrogen peroxide (white), this curtain will keep water where it belongs, without a plastic liner. Even though the curtain gets wet, water won’t leak through. Furthermore, the curtain dries rapidly, preventing mold growth (also associated with plastic liners). One other benefit is that unlike plastic liners, this cotton curtain doesn't billow out -- or should we say in -- toward you while you're showering.

Easy to maintain. After showering, simply open up the curtain to let it air dry. To clean it, simply wash on gentle cold cycle and hang to dry. If you are intentionallly shrinking the shower curtain, initially wash in cold water and hang to dry. The hotter the water, the more it will shrink. Drying in a machine is not recommended, as this could lead to excess shrinkage. If you are going to use a dryer, set it on low heat and leave in very briefly before hanging to finish drying.

The cotton used in the natural curtain is not organically grown, but it is processed without chlorine bleach, dyes and other unhealthy finishes typically used.

Note: This curtain is not guaranteed against mildew. With heavy use, the curtain can remain wet and mildew. At the first sign of mildew, just wash and dry the curtain to prevent staining.
